The facades of the three warehouse buildings in Miesnieku Street have been authenti- cally preserved, with glass walls added to the central building’s inner courtyard, giving it a contemporary look. The first floor of this building serves as the entrance lobby for the entire complex.

The internal courtyard of the complex is on two levels and connects to the adjoin- ing property belonging to the mid -19th century Holy Savior Anglican Church. Lifts in buildings 15 and 17 service the apartments within.
