The external appearance of this 5-storey building has not changed and has been preserved in its authentic form. A fondness for the Italian Cinquecento architecture that is characteristic of Neo-Renaissance is clearly visible in the symmetrical arrangement of the entrance doors and windows, in the risalit – the protruding part of the building and also in the decorative elements – small cornices (pediments) above the windows and in the consoles. During the renovation, Elizabetes Rezidence was restored to its original color – a noble, muted shade of pink, quite rare for Riga’s buildings at the time.
The lobby and common areas create an aesthetically pleasing impression when entering the building. Space between city and apartments features functionality and are decorated with high quality materials. During the reconstruction, the center of the building was fitted with a glazed atrium space with a gallery and a panoramic lift.
